Secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis due to infections, autoimmune disorders, or underlying malignancies. Signs and symptoms include fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, and pancytopenia.
